FOER is dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and resources of Enchanted Rock State Natural Area through volunteer-based initiatives including trail restoration, water conservation, dark sky preservation, recycling, and scientific study.
Recreation
FOER promotes stewardship of the state natural area’s natural, cultural, and historical resources by encouraging sustainable recreation and modeling good conservation practices.
Education
FOER is dedicated to creating and supporting interpretive and educational programs for all ages. We partner with Texas Parks and Wildlife to introduce children to the outdoors and to enhance awareness through outdoor recreation.
